Production System:Issue with the locks in SM12

Hi All,

I Have a Issue with the locks in SM12 in Production System.When i trigger a DTP in BW a lock is generated in  the background and when i try to refresh the load in Process monitor sceen...I get a pop up saying,refresh is terminated as  the  lock is  not set for the Infoprovider***.When i delete the lock in sm12,come back to my monitor screen and refresh the jobs runs successfully.
