I have client's requirement where he wants to display the birthday and anniversary list of employees in mss role of corresponding manager.
Please advice which BADI or enhancement i need to implement for this.

Hi,
There is a standard "birthday and anniversary" application available in the mss role. Employee who has "A012 relationship" and MSS role they will be able to see the application.
If your requirement is different, please explain.

It is a standard feature of MSS. Which version do you use?
