it0031 error message

Hello ,

i have a requirement for you guys,

i am facing a problem with the infotype  0031

and i was wondering if someone has the solution :

exemple :

personnel number : 00000001

i want to link the person   00000002 to the first one 00000001 using pa30 (0031). it's work fine ,
la : recording is saved and hrp1001 has created 2 cp - p.

Now  i would like to link  another personnal number 00000003 juste below the the one just added  00000002

so i am going back to my transaction pa30 with the first person 00000001 , then modify the first occurence of the infotype (imposssible to create a second line with that it0031). by adding the new personnal number 00000003 below the 00000002
=> i am getting an error message thaht impossible to save that recording cause  no recording exist in it0031 for the 00000001 person  .

Hi  and thank's for the response , i send you an attached pictures of the requirements that i tried to executes , my clients say that it used to work before.

How can I  saving these 2 personnals numbers 99201223
and  99330123  in the 0031 of the personal number  201223 .

here is the hrp1001 for the first saving that ok whene i linked the 99330123 to the 201223 personal number via pa30 it 0031.

now i want to add -the other  pn 99201223 always attached to the 201223 PN  but  the saving failed with that error message

my requirements is  :

How can I  save these 2 personnals numbers 99201223

and  99330123  in the 0031 of the personal number  201223 .

Hi,

Change the start date in the IT 0031 and add the reference personnel no's. it will save.

you are trying to save from 01.01.1800 before the Employee hiring date.

it's impossible to change the start date of it0031 and why it  works for the first personnal number entered and not for the second one, they have the same configuration ?

Hi Jean,

For one personnel no. you can link one / more reference personnel no. (central person). you are allowed to assign more personnel no's. if you assign Reference personnel no. to the new hiring personnel no. These It's 0002, 0006 & 0009 of Reference personnel no. date will be stored in the New hiring personnel no. also.
