Cannot maintain my business e-mail address through Self Services. The box for E-Mail on the "Edit my Contact Data > Edit Communication Data is grayed out and cannot be maintained. I can maintain my phone numbers, fax number and in-house mail

You can only change phone numbers due to security. Please ask your HR administrator or who set up your account to edit it for you.
If you are a service agent with access rights, go to supplier base--> service agent and edit your email address but if you are employee with access rights go to personnel administration--> regular task-->change workplace contact data and edit your account.
