Rex 3.2 no data displayed on device after sync

Hello,

I've setup Rex 3.2. I completed the installation/admin guide. Deployed the Rex 3.2 (.jar file patch) into SMP 2.3 SP4 (with patch) as in note 1999833.

I completed the initial download of data from SAP to SMP with no errors displayed in the logs.

Next we registered the device with the SMP server and on registration a successful sync took place. In the Rex application under Settings > General > Database Tables I can see data in the device.

Why cant I see any data being displayed in the application? I click on my customers, visits, products ect but cant see any entries.

Hi Jared,


Under Settings > General > Database Tables what is the value for BusinessPartnerMBO, ProductMasterMBO?

Did you try a delta sync of Customizing to see if that helps?

Hi Lars,

No there isnt any fix for our issue yet. The problem has been reported to SAP. We are awaiting feedback from them.

I will update this issue when we get an answer.

Hi Jared,

We updated to the latest version of Rex (3.2.13) in GooglePlay and implemented the changes in note 2039543 - "SAP Retail Execution 3.2.12 Patch Release Note".

This fixed our issue, hope it works for you as well.
