IT servicedesk Configuration

Dear Friends,

I have configured service desk configuration in solution manager 7.1

when i try to create a incident i found some configuration missing compare to SMIN.

I have copied SMIN to ZMIN.Please find the attached screenshot.

Please help me on where i have missed the configuration.

Hi Harish,

See chapter 6.2 Multilevel Categorization - SAP IT Service Management on SAP Solution Manager - SCN Wiki

In step 6 you find a screenshot with the configuration of the Details view.

Here you can choose which view you want to use for your ZMIN. You also can customize your view.
