Delete a Product

Hi Gurus,

In our CRM sandbox system, someone created a material type product. This product uses a hierarchy which uses set type 'COMM_PR_SHTTXT'. The result of this is that this set type cannot be used by any other product hierarchy. We have to delete this product so that we can re-assign the set type to a proper product hierarchy. Can you advise how to accomplish this?

Hi Leon,

I dont think that this could be your problem. The set type "COMM_PR_SHTTXT" can be used in <i>n</i> categories. The problem could be something different.

Please look into other aspects.

There is a report : COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_SINGLE

This report is used in general for deleting a single product.

Have a try since it is in sandbox.
