Hello my friends,
I need your help, please,
I have created a Generic Datasource, this generic datasource extracts data from a View in ECC, when I create the datasource and save it(RSO2 transaction), the system(ECC) only show me the R3TR OSOD object available to transport it, I need see the R3TR OSOA object to transport de datasource from Dev to QA system. So when I transport the datasource, i can't find the active version in QA System.
I think that this could be an authorizations issue, but i am not very sure.
This are the steps that I am executing:
1.- Assign the datasource to an Object Directory.
2.-The Object generated is OSOD(Delivery version) type.
Thanks for your help!!
Regards.
Antonio.
Thank you all for your very useful advice, seeing other thread, I found that unflagging the option "Business Content" in tx RSA0, the issue was resolved.
Thanks.
Best regards.

Hi,
First your transport request need to have object type OSOA then you can try to collect data source into transport and see.
at SE03, there will be options to add OSOA type object to transport.
Thanks

Hi Antonio,
Double click on your task and edit task put there program id as R3TR, object type OSOA & object name as your data source. Now save it.
Finally put your cursor at task and select request/task(from title bar) -> object list -> lock object. This way the newly added object will be locked in your TR and you can transport this TR.
Regards,
Abdullah
