Bom explode in STO Process

Dear Friends

                      Is it possible to make BOM(Kit) kind of process in STO from ME21 to VF01(Stock transfer from plant to plant not a sub contract process). If Yes,Kindly provide the steps to follow.

Note: Already I have posted the same question in MM and logistic area which was rejected by forum moderators. I have searched forum before posting this question . I am not getting clear picture on this.

Hi

BOM explosion is not possible in STO or PO. We had similar requirement once and we had to create a Z application for this. For exploding BOM in PO we used Z application in which ABAPER used BAPIs. I am not sure why moderator rejected your post but I think its already discussed in threads that BOM is not for PO or STO but for sale orders.
