T-Code TRIP: Travel request range error

Hello,

I have a pb with Travel Request number range. When trying to create a Travel Request, I have error message FITP039: Error while writing to the database (PRTV_HEAD/PRTV_PERIO/Cluster TE).

Don't know where it comes from. I am not creating a trip just a request and there no transaction to define number range for Travel REQUEST. (I insist on the word request since I can create a trip without pb (T-Code PR05).

I am investigating and it seems it could come from the personal area assignment.

I made a test to crate a trip request with a dummy employee from pers. area 1000 and it works very well !

It is not working when I use another employee with a different personnel area... What should I do?  Reassign org. area to trip provision??

It seems because of PA num. range.

I already check these posts. My number range are ok:

Pers. Area No    Range

1020          20     20 to 29    

1030          30     30 to 39

1040          40     40 to 49
