Failed to load persisted view. (LO 26620)

I am getting Failed to load persisted view. (LO 26620) error when i view dashboard from the CMC and bi launch pad in CRS 2011 sp#6.

using crystal report as backend in dashboard using live office.

check if you are able to view even a sample CR report.If it keeps on spinning and does not load then there may be the issue with BO server.

If you have any other environment with the same patch  on which it is working then you can copy the win32_x86 from the working environment from,The C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0 to the non working one.

Make sure the SIA is stopped when copying the files and take the backup of existing win32_x86 in the environment.

Can you check the SAP note: 1344406.

Cause

• The Report Application Server (RAS) has reached the maximum number of concurrent jobs

Resolution

• Add another Report Application Server (RAS) in the Central Management Console (CMC)
• Set up equal to 0 (for unlimited) the Maximum Concurrent Report Jobs for the Report Application Server (RAS) in the Central Management Console (CMC)
• Ensure that option 'Suppress the printing if no records are returned' in Crystal reports is unchecked.
