Hi All
We are using Schema TQTA, we have to generate the Annual leave quota of 30 days. Every month end 2.5 days of annual leave has to be generated.
I am able to generate 2.5 days on the month end by standard configuration.
But Annual leave generation has to be prorated if any LOP or sick leave or any maternity leave exists.
How to do this, if PCR please provide me the steps and PCR.
regards
sai
Hi Sai,
Please find below the solution:
1. Create a reduction rule as shown below:
2. Mention the absence type which should reduce the quota as shown below:
3. Assign the reduction rule in selection rule as shown below:
I hope this information is helpful for you and resolves your query.
Thanks and regards,

Hi Sai,
You need to build reduction rule for this and then also add these absences to reduce the quota generation.
This is a standard functionality of SAP.

I tried this one doing via standard , SAP has given the option but it did not worked.
Hence , we have gone for the PCRs
store the number of days of the absences and subract those days from annaul leave
