Problem in CC BPM in PI

Hi Team

We are facing a strange issue in CC BPM. For some of the messages, one send step in BPM remains in "InProcess' status for a long time ( more than 2 hours)

When I try to find out the problem , I see this message in SWWL

'

Work item 000000189474 cannot be executed in status STARTED'

Can somebody help me to solve this issue. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi Indrajit

Check if the outbound message is sucesfully delivered or not.

You can get the message ID by navigating as per below in container tab in your above screenshot.

Hi All

We checked in ST22 and found that we got time out error and as a result of that the BPM process step was not getting completed.

We have increase the value of the time out parameter 'rdisp/max_wprun_time' from 600 to 1200 seconds using T-CODE RZ11 and now my process is completing without any issues.

Hi Indrajit,

There is not much info for debugging but you can try this - open the "Container" tab in the PE monitoring screen and try to open "Trace". This might give you some clue for resolving the issue
