SAP CRM IC - Surveys from IC Scripts

Hello Colleagues,

1. I am looking for place where CRM Surveys executed in IC Script are stored.

2. Does anybody know, if there is possibility to view CRM Surveys in Interaction record/activity details?

Hi Mat,

Please elaborate your scenario because I feel there is some part missing.

There seems to some confusion between Scripting and Survey.

Both are totally different. Scripting is used to reach a conclusion and is a run-time process. The details entered are not persisted.

Where as the Survey is done against a business activity. Once Survey is completed you can view it within Overview of the associated business object (in WUI).

thanks for your reply.

As you probably know, surveys can be integrated into IC Scripts (as in attached screenshot). When you save your answers, these are stored in table CRM_SVY_DB_S. Unfortunately, there is no place in WEB UI where you can view it.

Our customer reqirement is to show answers in Interaction Record after contact end (or in any other place)

There are two views you can use for displaying the interaction record -

  1. Interaction Record view
  2. Business Activity View

By default the Business Activity View is enabled for the standard  business role of IC_AGENT

It appears that you are using the Interaction Record View. You can use the following steps (as per Implementation Guide) to enable business activity view -

To enable the business activity view, make the following settings:

  • Go to Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Interaction Center WebClient -> Basic Functions -> Define Navigation Bar Profile

  • Select your navigation bar profile (for example, IC Agent) and go to Define Generic Outbound Plug Mappings
  • Go to the object type BT126_INR with the object action Display.
  • Change the logical link ID from IC_BT_INRto IC_BT_INRD.
  • Assign the changed navigation bar profile to your business role in Customizing for Customer Relationship Management under Interaction Center WebClient -> Define Business Role

The ICCMP_Survey component is available business activity view.
