Error: CX_SY_STRUCT_COMP_NAME exception

HI, Experts!

We are facing a problem when we try to save COSTCENTER dimension. Until yesterday there was no problem...

We receive a CX_SY_STRUCT_COMP_NAME exception and the dimension doesn't save.

Would anybody help us?

Hi,

There is no dump at ST22.

We deleted COSTCENTER hierarchy at RSA1 and recreated using BPC Web interface. It is working well now.

Hi Ana,

You may try to run program UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE for your dimension. Also, I suggest you run program UJA_DATA_CHECKER and see if there is error.

Hi Ana,

Run the program UJA_REFRESH_DIM_CACHE from BW using SE38 t code, and then try.
