can't send email from crystal report developer 2013

I am not able to send am email from crystal report developer 2013, i got 2013 cause i wasn't able to do this in 2011. upgraded and still not able to do this. here's the error i get:

either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as default mail client

does anyone know how i can fix this?

Ive already tried all these setting and still having this issue, all my other applications are working correctly when send a email. crystal is the only app im having issue with.

Have you tried from other machine's? if not give a try.

yes ive tried it on multiple computers.
