BPC 10 MS where the reports gets saved on server

Hi Experts

We are having performance issue in BPC 10 MS version SP9 and its taking 2 min to save or open report..

where this reports/input template get saved in BPC 10 MS..we are accessing BPC via citrix..

I am not experience in BPC MS version so need your help, also is there any tool/guide which will help to debug the performance issue in MS version!!

Hi,

under BPC MS all files are saved on the application server under

\webfolders\environment\

in there, i.e. in further subfolders, you will find all files for the environment including reports/schedules. The drive would have been set during the installation, so it can vary which is why I left it out.

You can try using fiddler, processmanager or networkmanager to see if there are issues during save or open proces to and from server.
