Personal Profile on EHP7

Hello,

Recently we have upgraded the system from EHP4 to EHP7. The 'Personal Profile' application on ESS shows error- 'Person is already being processed by user XXXXXXXXX'. This error is encountered at every login. Please suggest the solution to avoid this as it locks the user and doesn't allow to carry on any other process on it.

Hi Siddharth,

Checked the suggested note 1795888. However, this can not be implemented.

EA-HR details are : release- 607 , SP Level- 0023.

Any further suggestion on this?

Due to some other priorities, we have yet not implemented the note. Will do the same and update you.

Was this resolved?  We are having the same issue.  We are seeing the locks when in Personal Profile and click on the Log Off, when you come back into the application the message is displayed.  We can unlock the records using SM12 but that doesn't help us with the initial problem.

Ensure that employee is not locked when he is accessing ESS by any other program etc. Can you check it?

are you using portal or NWBC? 1874125    Personal information cannot be accessed in portal d Please raise it to SAP as well, as we ll check session release is happening correctly or not?

Portal....we have submitted a message to SAP.

SM12 option is fine. But the problem described over here is regarding the standard application for Personal Profile. On opening the application, the error message is generated. Any idea how to avoid this error at application level?

if you unlock the entries in SM12 t-code, automatically this error message will get it clear.

Clear your browser caches and close all your browsers and then login again.

check in t-code SM12, is any lock entries exists with that user ID.

if any, try to delete those lock entries and check it.

Go to SM12 and delete the lock entries. It will resolve this error.

go to pa30 and come out of that employee number and refresh the page  in portal
