Hello,
Did someone know how to change default incidents sorting in ITSM Incidents search screen?
Now when I run this Search screen with defined parameters all incidents are sorted by Incident ID Ascending and I would like to heve this Descending by default for all users.
Reason is simple. To see new incidents on the top of search list.
PS: This setting was changed after SOL system update from SP8 to SP10.

I tried from my end and I have a solution for this.
When you search the incidents created, there you will find icon. See screenshot named step 1
There after clicking this icon, you can sort the required fields in either ascending or descending as shown in screen shot named step 2
Note: This changes are client dependent.

I remember conflicts between global and personal settings in SOLMAN SP12. Anyway at the beginning check if you have newer software component BBPCRM SAPKU70113 and higher. Check note 2062337 - ITSM: Sorting in Service Request search resultlist.
Set default sorting in Configurable Area:
It could be works.
