How to Transfer Spool Data?

Hi all,

Because of spool reorganise job, We deleted some of our Spool data in production system. But It's needed to have this spool data in production system.

We restored the one of it's backup to another system and now we can reach the spool data that we need.

Now the question is that how we can transport this spool data to production system? With any report? With SQL? Export import?

Hi,

I've directly export the TST01, TST03 and TSP01 tables from backup system with SQL Studio and Import them to production system. You need to delete duplicate records in source system, because in normal import process in SQL Studio, It'll quit after first duplicate error.

Now our all necessary records are in production system.

Hello Tutku,

if SAPScript/SmartForm spool requests need to be restored, you can use Report RSPO0030.

• Start RSPO0030 on the backup system
• Download the SAPScript/SmartForm spool with this Report
• Start RSPO0030 on the target system
• Upload the previously downloaded files.
