Issue searching for OSS notes relevant for a specific SP

Hello,

I faced a strange issue while searching for OSS notes, in the sense that If I search OSS Notes relevant from a specific Support package, the

output list doesn't contain all the relevant notes (some of them are missing).

Instead, if I search whitout specifying a value in the field "From Support Package", all the relevant OSS notes are correctly displayed in

the output list.

Please, see the attached images as reference (example related to a search for notes relevant for a specific archiving object).

Am I doing something wrong?

Can anyone please help me?

Hi

Note 1586843 is only valid up to SAPKH60019.

About note 1737171 I can find it in the returned result with the same search term. I'm not sure why you can't find it.

Hi Mirra,

you're right, now it works (something has been changed in the note search), but, when I opened the message, more or less one year ago, it didn't, as you can see in "issue_when_searching for OSS notes0003.jpg".
