Dashboard: issue with bex authorization variable

Hi All,

I'm facing an issue with bex authorization variables in a dashboard.

I've created a dashboard over a bex query and user can access to it via SSO.

When an user launch the dashboard an error message pops up.

Once the user provides the request credential, all works fine.

I've already read SAP NOTE 1812327 but it didn't solve the problem.

My landscape is bw 7.3, bo 4.0 sp9

Do you have any suggestion?

Hi,

I think you can use a blank value cell in the excel for user authentication and password.

Did you try that?

Could you explian your suggestion? I don't have user authentication and password for every user.
