Hi All,
How can I find the percentage of distribution from sender cost center to receiving cost center in SAP.
Kindly suggest.
Hi,
Check your distribution cycle: KSV3
Under Segment header screen:
Receiver tracing factor.
Receiver Rule: Variable Proportions/ Fixed Proportions...etc.
Other wise:
Perform the distribution cycle with test run, KSV5
Double Click on senders/ Receivers...you will come to know the base for distribution.

Hi,
Check the table shared by MR . Still if you find difficulty Share your Distribution cycle screen. So that we can help you better:
Segment Header screen is required. So that we can understood the method of Receiver tracing factor:
Depends on the Receiver rule we can specify the Receiver tracing factor
Say for Eg: Fixed percentages: you will get the % information with in the cycle itself, just go to Receiver weighing factors tab you will come to know the %'s
If the receiver rule is variable proportions there are many options...
So let us know what is your Receiver Rule, Var.portion type...etc.

Hi,
In KSV5, as you said, for sender Tracing Factor is the Distribution %, however in system I am seeing the figures are in 5-6 digits. Now, a % will be in 100 or below that figure.
For example:
I am getting figures for Receiver Tracing Factor:
87,538,000
43,768,000
41,538,000
440,260,000
284,412,000
279,542,000
149,114,000
638,736,000
364,064,000
179,850,000
476,738,000
Sender Tracing Factor:
3,085,560,000
How can I derive the % figure from 5-6 digit number?
Kindly explain.
HI
You can see the distribution cycle using KSV3
