Hi Team,
We are trying to perform the archiving for PP_ORDER , MM_ORDER , FI_ACCRECV , IDOC objects from SARA.
We don’t have the content repository , we want to store the files with in the server. When we tried to perform the archiving we are unable to store the files.
Could you please help us how to proceed further.
Appreciate your help in advance
Thank you
Regards
Raghu
You are unable to write the files or store the files..??
Because if you are not using the content repository then you no need to store the files but only to write instead. Also check if you have proper permissions assigned to the file path where you actually storing the Archive data. If you could provide more details on the issue i can help you at least on the issue.

Hi,
Please check if you have write permissions in the file system.
Are you facing any error during write operations from SARA.

If you have executed the write job, then the archive file gets created in the file system.
You don't have to do the STOrage job since you have no repository and want to keep the archive in the file system anyway.
Which is actually not recommended as storage since it is not a read-only place, and archive files could potentially be changed. In several countries you have legal requirements defining how and where to store which you should take under consideration.
