Dear Gurus,
My client has a scenario where he should do some inhouse repair for warrantial equipments.
I would like to be able to create repair order linked to equipment master (to be able to execute the warranty check function) but
I do not know how to add this option to the repair orders.
Can you please give your advice or a workaround?
Thanks in advance!!

Hi Silva,
To execute In house Repair process, you have to initiate through service notification
In the service Notification, enter the Material + serial number which will automatically determine Equipment ( provided if you have already created Equipment with material and serial number)
now create Repair order using Action box and repair order can be maintained with serial number in VA02
---> click on line item-->Extras--Technical objects and assign serial number, in this way you are linking Equipment to Repair order
thanks

Hello Silvia,
Please provide this information.
Also give the screen-shot of screen which you are referring to as an Order.
