Issue sending verification emails on external candidate registration

Hi Experts-

On registration external candidate does not receive verification email. I am thinking this has got to do with WF-BATCH not behaving.

I  use the report. RCF_CREATE_USER. I am giving the following values and not able to proceed further. I am using an exisiting PERNR and getting a msg

'A candidate already exists for the employee number'

First name : workflow

Last name : batch

User name : wf-batch

Personnel number : existing PERNR (00000026)

Position : above PERNRs position number (65748354)

E-mail address : as maintained on wf-batch user (xxx@xxx.com)

I have checked the note: 746709

I have chedked the t.code SOST and I dont found register

I have checked the t.code slg1 and I dont found log of error.

I have he checked the t.code swu3

What is name of the workflow standard used for this process?

use the portal pages (or nwbc) to create the user => recruiting administrator.

The standard workflow for this is 51900008, make sure it is active and check it's behaviour in SWIA transaction

Where can find the configuration in the customizing This Workflow (Path in the SPRO)?

I dont know if the client use this  standard workflow or have a copy of this workflow.

I need know if exist a table where I customize this workflow 51900008 .

For example, if the client have a copy of this workflow 51900008, where is configured the new workflow and How know the system that should execute the new workflow and not the standard workflow?

if the event binding of the standard workflow is active than the workflow is used. You check that using transaction pftc. If not, than you have to look if there is a custom workflow. Or ask the client 🙂

Hi,

I try of  created Ere internal User with help of report  RCF_CREATE_USER ,

    Parameter :  A) User name : WF-BATCH. 

                        B)  Email Id       : Acc to Requirment .

However the system show this message 'A candidate already exists for the employee number'

How can avoid this error?
