Employee advances and settlement on termination scenario

Hi,

My requirement is when an employee is going on leave my company pays advance to them, this is not official travel so no per diem concept !

Or if an employee leaves the job middle of the month how to handle these expenses. Since this doesn't fall in the regular payroll run for each month.

These expenses need to be paid as and when incurred. Please let me know how.

I don' the travel advance process works for this since this is not official travel.
