Investment through IPO and Unlisted Securites (SAP Treasury)

Hi,

My client investing money in two ways. The first way is IPO or Listed Securities.

The other way is Unlisted Companies and Start Up Companies.

How to configure in SAP Treasury Securities. Pleas guide me how do it.

Which Product type is suitable.

My other Question is Investment made in Fixed Deposits issued by Banks. The Companies taking loan on Fixed Deposits.

How to configure this. What configuration steps are required.

Hello Raju,

your requirement contain full list of customization which is primary required in system do start treasury.

Please check FSC010 or FSC110 standard study material for the same.

About the IPO you can used product type 010 and listed securities say for example Mutual fund you can use 02A. You have check client requirement based on same you can configured system.

Basic customization: Define product type, Transaction type,flow type, condition type.

There are many more customization which all your can find in FSC110.

About 2 question: I'm not clear about the requirement.Are you saying you took loan from bank and invested on Fixed deposit????

when company investing in equity shares i am using 01A stocks for Investments

yes, You are correct.

While you invest in equity share you can use 01A stocks for the same.
