Collections Management - New Implementation - Business Partner Creation

Hi All,

I have a problem that in the end of BP settings, when I select same number range for Customer Account Groups and Business Partner Account Groups (they are with same name and same number ranges), I get an error CVI_MAPPING039 and it doesn't let me save the settings.

The exact message is

You are not permitted to use grouping Z### with identical numbers

Message no. CVI_MAPPING039

Any help is highly appreciated. If there is a step-by-step guide, I would be grateful to have it.

My mistake as I gave no range of BPS as Internal - should be External
