while doing FB01,error message g/l account doesn't exist

Hello All,

i have created a gl account 100000 for cocd B but when i do the FB01 it says the gl account doesn't exist for cocd B.

Kindly help.

Hi,

if you would have attached the screen shot of your GL account (FS00) screen you might have got the solution in first reply. any ways hoping you will attach the screen shot.

check SKB1 table (SE16N) abd enter GL account and execute you will see the GL account and in which company code it is created.

See any existing Gl account once again try to create as per tat Gl account...........

Make sure the GL account is extended to company code and is not created at chart of accounts level.
