EHP6 E-Separation Request due clearance task NOT opening from UWL

Hi Experts,

We have configured E-separation application.

On submitting the separation request mail is triggering to Manager as well as task owners and they are getting work item in their UWL.

But when task owner is opening the due clearance work item from UWL on clicking the work item, a new blank screen opens up and its giving
the error as "Work item must be executed using the portal application".

We have configured the task for HR_EA_A_OVERVIEW_TO in SWFVISU, also registered the task in portal UWL. But still it’s showing blank
page in UWL work item.

Kindly help me out to resolve this issue.

once check u have maintianed below tables

V_T77WWW_EASTT

V_T77WWW_EAREL.

and run the report HINUEATP twice.,if still not working check the function module FM_EA_APPROVAL_START to find the errors.  and check that workflow is activated or not once and check in SBWP once

Also scheduled a background job for HINUEATP, and mails also getting trigger but in UWL we are getting "Due clearance Alert" task and when task owner is opening the due clearance work item from UWL on clicking the work item, a new blank screen opens up and its giving

So I want to hide that task from UWL, how can I do that?

Note 1437432 would describe it, but it's not released anymore I see.

Anyway, if you download your XML you have per task a system link. If you change the xml to a non existing system (for example DO_NOT_DISPLAY) than the tasks are not shown in the uwl
