Scoping of Country -My Localization-

Former Member

Dear Experts

I'd like to migrate my localize country in a new tenant.

But, I can't select my solution created by the partner development tenant in the first step.

Because, there is no PDI user in a new tenant. So, I can't migrate the solution from Dev Tenant to New Tenant using SDK.

Please give me your advice.

Ex)

1. Business Configuration -> Implementation Projects -> Edit Project Scope

2. I'd like to select my localize country in a new tenant.

Regards,

Ichida

Hi Ichida,

The information on the localized country versions available with each release
may be obtained here https://www.sme.sap.com/irj/sme/community/collaboration/wiki.

If it is necessary for you to implement a particular country as a separate
country in your solution, it is possible to engage with a certified SAP
Partner
for them to implement an additional country and the associated
objects like a dedicated Set of Books, etc., by employing the
'Localization Tool Kit'. Since some limitations do exist however also
for this, you are strongly advised to discuss your specific requirements in
detail with your partner.

Further details on Localization is available at
the link: https://wiki.sme.sap.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?title=Customer+Specific+Localization&spaceKey=On...

Dear Suresh

Thank you for your detail information.

If we'd like to use only localized country without SAP's standard localized country, what should we do?

For example, we don't want to use AU,US,UK etc... we'd like to use only our localized country (Ex:Singapore).

But, I understand that we must select SAP's standard localized country by first scoping.

In this case, what should we do?

Regards,

Ichida
