Cannot open .vsd document

Hello everyone,

does anyone know how to open this kind of files? I've installed both plugins, for IE and for Google Chrome. Unfortunantly, I cannot open file directly from Outlook, and if I download it, the file has always 0 Bytes (even though the attachment itselft has a few KB).

Did anyone face similar issue?

There are viewers for VSD (visio files) that are downloadable .  You can also translate a VSD file to PDF free (VSD to PDF | Zamzar - Free online file conversion )

Thank you Marilyn, but if I download the file, it has always 0 Bytes. I tried with plugins, viewers, zamzar converter, but the result is the same since it's just an empty file. I have to solve the issue with outlook

Now I understand.  Outlook may block this kind of file extension. Perhaps you can find help here depending on your version of Outlook: Blocked attachments in Outlook - Outlook
