SAP Screen Personas - Umlaute will not saved

Hello,

on our customer Screen Personas will not saved the german umlauts like ü,ä or ß. I can work with the umlauts in skripts or labels, but if I log off, they will convert in strings like Ä% or other. On our intern system it is possible without problems. Have anybody an idea what can be false by our customer system?

Just a shot in the dark... is the customer system on Unicode?
