I have a simple question.
If I'd like to initialize this tenant(Partner Development), how do we do?
Because I'd like to configure the scoping again from the beginning.

You can provide your system details to SAP via incident and ask to reset your system, this way you can get the system as new and the scoping can be done from the beginning.
