FEBA document issue

Hello to everyone,

we have an issue. In FEBA we can se a transaction and the amount posted but no document number has been generated.

example:

No.         Tran.       Value date         Amount            Doc.no.                                                               OnActDocNo

00001     xxx         01.01.2014      300.000             THIS DOC. NUM. IS MISSING                                      Posted

00002     xxx         01.01.2014      200.000              12345678                                                                       Posted

The number of first transaction is missing

How we can solve this issue?

Hi Larissa.

Please run the Tcode: FAGLF03, this transaction will show you all documents in posted period.

I did it but it doesn't work.

In FB03 I cannot find this document, I've tried to search it in table BSEG.

How can I fix this issue?

Hi ,

Can you please log out and go again in System and check .Some time it takes time to refresh . and I believe in FB03 please try the one document number the one posted like if  line 02 posted with docuemnt number 12345678  then please try in fb03 for line 001 docuemnt number 12345677
