Came the task to implement a Web UI CRM sending letters to customers.

Found in the system of the submit button to e-mail

When I press the button - the message

Just check which channel is assigned to transaction type '0005'.

Transaction type 0005 is for send email from web UI.

If 'GUI CRM WebClient UI' channel is not assigned then assign it.

Then it will work properly.
