1.  System Initialization---->General settings--->Inventory ----Item sub tab

2. Item master--->general tab

Hi Hitul,

Nagarajan posted correct screenshots for you to check. Just a small notr: the order of the answer should be switched. 1 for 2 and 2 for 1.

You are looking for the path to set the inventory settings ?

then the path is Admin->System initialization->General settings->Inventory tab under that items..
