Hi Experts,
After creating appointments some users not getting customized customer factsheet by mail.
Can someone identify what can be a probable issue and where to see, some print screen help or detail path will be highly appreciated.

Do they get the factsheet because of an action? Is the condition for the action not fulfilled or is there another problem with the action?

Yes there is an action associated. A batch job runs.
But if there would have been problem with batch job then the whole customer would have not got fact sheet. This problem is limited to some customers, probably in appointment I guess we need to check some fault. Can any suggestion be more applied Thomas!

1. Get those users generally automatic generated mails from the system? If not , check the email-adress of the su01 user and the businesspartner with bp role "BUP003-Employee".
2. How do you determine the email-adress? Within a Z-Method in the Action? So check this Action and the Z-Programming.
