Dashboard Conditions Query

Hello, I have a query about dashboard conditions. I have XCELSIUS 2008. I need to only show records that are only greater than zero ok, so I put '0' in one cell and then i started doing comparison ok. so when I run my dashboard it goes very very slow (sometimes it does not come back and crashes). when I take off this comparison, it runs fine. Can some body please tell me how to do comparison which will not take long please?

Thanks.

Hi venkat,

Why can't you set the filter in the query browser window, which can actually does the work in the initial stage rather than doing the logic in spreadsheet level. How many rows of records are there.

What is your source ? you can create a dummy field and can write a logic as 0 or 1. If its greater than 0 you can set 1 or less than you can set as 0. Then take them into the dashboard and use the combo box and filter with 1 and hide it.
