Unit *** is not created in language

Dear all,

in SAP CRM WebUI when I'm trying to create ERP Sales order from ERP Quotation in a follow up process I get the error "Unit *** is not created in language EN".

CUNI settings are OK in both ERP and CRM systems.

In a web page dialog when I want to confirm/choose the items to get copied into ERP Sales order I get the item shown in as 1 *** (instead of 1 PC - piece). When I confirm, in the next step system raise the error message.

Same scenario happens on all languages.

Any idea how to solve this is most welcome.

Hello Hrvoje,

Units also have texts. Does your specific unit have one? I think they are stored in table T006J in CRM.

All is OK there.

I have this problem only when creating ERP sales order from ERP quotation within CRM.

If I follow up ERP sales order from Opportunity, then I can select "ST" - Piece, but here I get ***

I think, when you create ERP sales orders then the unit needs to be available in the ERP database table with a description as well. Then the CRM table is not used.

CUNI setup (units of measures) in both systems is equal and seems OK.

Creating ERP sales order from reference to ERP quotation in ERP itself is working with no problems.
