How to limit the visibility of candidates to some recruiters only

Hi,

do somebody know how to limit the visibility of some group of candidates to some recruiters only. As we see in SAP-ERECRUIT all candidates can be accessed by all recruiters. Even if the candidate has the locked profile he/she can be accessed via the global search function.

it is because we like to cover the personal data of candidates for higher management functions (CV, preferences).

Hi Waldemar,

You could use the "exclude" function -> then certain candidates will not appear in the search anymore. -> HCM, SAP E-Recruiting 2 - Human Capital Management - SAP Library

Nevertheless, locked candidate profiles must not be shown in the search.

Dear Nicole,

as I see the "Exlude" function works only for the recruiter who excluded the candidate.

Issue we have is that we like to have the executive candidates only visible for some recruiters.

The solution may be that these candidates will have no option to release the profile - so they may be visible only by the recruiter to who's requisition they have applied. But then we have to "switch off" the global search function since it shows all we have in the system:

Hi Waldemar,

How about just adding the profile status as hidden info in the quick search too? (BAdI HRRCF00_SEARCH_HIDDEN_INFO).

With that you would also only get released profiles but still can use the fast search for postings and requisitions ....

Hi Waldemar

Faster way to 'switch off' the global search from recruiter page is removing the iView from the page.

This can be done disabling the 'visible' property of the iView inside the page inside of the Recruiter Role.

@Portal:

Go to Portal Content Directory

Search your Recruiter Role

Find the page 'Recruitment'

Unckeck the field 'Visible' for Search iView.
