Hi gurus,

I am creating an issue when testing the self-assement of a control and I got an error in this step because it says undefined step (in SWIA transaction). What can be hapenning?

The thing is that, when I try to activate the workflow related to Process: Issue, it does not contain anything. How can I activate that?

Moreover, when I execute an automatic control I get the same message "Undefined step".

Activate the event queue, go through the workflow config white paper (from the other post) and try this again.  You should also check Case Management Customizing in the IMG and make sure all entries are green.
