Email ID not replicating in BP transaction

Hi Guys,

I am changing customer email ID in Web UI, it is getting updated in BUT021 & ADR6 table but while checking in BP transaction in GUI then it is displaying old email address under address TAB.

Can anyone please let us know the reason why it is displaying old email address?

HI Saurabh,

By any chance you are changing the e-mail ID of a person (contact). Because, I think for a contact the e-mail address will be updated on the relationship section not in the main BP. Can you check the relationship data as well.

Hi Ravi,

Let me explain you the situation. I have main BP - 2000019222 and its relation ship manager BP - 2000019223. Now I am changing relation ship manager Email ID from Web UI.

Now if I check in BP transaction code in GUI then it shows old BP. while in BUT051 and ADR6 it showing updated one.

Please suggest.

Hey Saurabh,

Did you checked the contact details in relationship rather main BP in GUI.
