Hi Experts,
We have recently upgraded SPM from 2.0 to 3.0 SP3, where when we click any report a small pop-up on the right corner shows "Server Error".
We have taken the http watch trace and it shows as
404 - for URL - http://<systemhostname>:<port>/sap/poa/sbc/ps/SPM/psres/0050568E3EE31EE093E92146BB8AEBF6/payload
500(Internal Server Error) - for URL -
http://<systemhostname>:<port>/epm/opm/bidata/SPM/dataSources/0ASA_MP01_Q1002/report?rows=100&cell_limit=200000
Hi All,
Kindly let me know if any suggestions or solution available for the mentioned issue.
Thanks,
Preetha Balan

Hi Preetha Balan,
Sorry for resurrecting this old thread.
Just wondering, if you can share to me what Update Level or Pacthes that you applied to your system to get rid of that error? I have the same scenario here and does not seem to find a fi.
If you dont mind can share below two things with me:
1. Whats the current levels / pacthes for all compnents of your SPM system? (Both java and ABAP).
2. Can share the OSS ticket ID? i would like my SAP support person to refer to you ticket as well.
Thanks for you time and help!
Hi Nik,
We are with SPM Version 3 SP3
ABAP Components version:
ANAXSA 300_731 0001
OPMFND 300_731 0001
POASBC 100_731 0004
We did not do the upgrade as suggested by SAP, we are still facing this issue in few of the SPM tabs rest others were gone by resolving the errors seen in BI Diagnostic and Support Desk Tool
Hi Nik,
Try to follow the below
1. Solve the errors in BI Diagnostic and Support Desk Tool
2. delete and recreate the reverse proxy settings in SOAMANAGER
3. Cross check the web dispatcher profile
4. Stop and restart web dispatcher.
Now check for "Server Errors".
Hope this helps!!
Regards,
Preetha Balan
Preetha,
Sure, i'll try to proceed as per yr suggestions. But as for the BI Diagnostic tools, mine shows GREEN status, so there should be no error right? Or does this GREEN is not a reliable indicator?
But anyhow, do you mind to share your OSS ticket ID? we have so far escalated our issue to SPM developers. Sees SAP really is still using us customers as their guinea pigs for testing SPM. Hmm.
My email is adam0thman [at] g[mail]
i will update again should i succeed.
Greetings to all,
This note provides steps to do a detailed review of the SPM install.
