SAP CRM SURVEY : ListBox and Radio Button does not save values selected

Hi,

I created a Survey in CRM with some questions and answer , some of them are of type "List box with single selection" and "Selection button group".

When I enter to survey,  I completed the questions and save; When I enter survey again the values of these types of answer  weren't saved.

Hi There,

My finding was for the Survey Answer Category if we use ( 10 Selection Button Group ('radio button') or 12 List Box with Single Selection ) It is not working while saving or Not giving any Rating Factor like (You have reached 1 of 5 points, this is equivalent to 20%)

But

If you use choose Answer Category ( 11 Checkbox Group ('check box') or 13 List Box with Multiple Selection ) It get saved and calculates Rating Factor properly.
