Event Queue

Hi gurus,

Do you know how to investigate error in the Event Queue Administration?

John,

Looks like the event queue is not active.  The job is running but the queue is not active.I don't have access to a system now, but check the Activation tab.  See screenshot below.  This is likely why your other self assessment workflows are failing too.  When properly configured everything on that screen should be green.  No gray or red entries (as in your screenshot). 

OSS Note 1621649 - Workflow Initial configuration  has a white paper on workflow config for PC10.0.  Go through the white paper and make sure everything is properly configured.  Read the documentation for each of these steps in the IMG as well.  You might get additional info on the IMG step.  .
