JIN1 is populating percentage but not populating value in sales order condition item

Hi

I have created a Depot plant for Telengana region 036. But while creating sales order JIN1 value is populating the percentage but not populating value. It I changes the plant of  other region like 01 Andhra Pradesh or 22 Tamilnadu. It is populating the JIN1 value . Here in SD pricing procedure UTXJ condtion is not available. But when we change plant other than telengana  It is picking JIN1 value. Tax code J2 is maintained for 2% CST in telengana region. Please suggest.

System gives this message (Condition record exists - removed manually) for couple of reasons and you need to find out why.  Have a look at the following note

• Note 27636 - Message: Condition exists (removed manually)

where it has been listed out in which of the cases, system will give this message.  Compare that with your system.  Update here once you find the root cause of the issue.
