Hello Experts,
I'm tresting the Extraction of Data from IM and I'm having the following error when running the DTP's from the DataSources 0CO_OM_NWA_1 , 0CO_OM_WBS_1 and 0CO_OM_WBS_2 :
Data package 1 / 30.07.2014 10:36:06 / Status 'Processed with Errors'
IM: No information loaded into PSA via InfoSource 0IM_FA_IP_9
Error records written to application log
An exception has occurred
Error in substep

I've checked all the PSA's and they all have Data.
Can you help me with this issue?
Best Regards,
Rui Romba
Hi,
You mentioned 3 data sources.
mean your facing loading problem for above 3 data sources?
What kind of dtp your are running? is it full or delta one?
go to your Psa-->manage and see the available requests, all have green status or have any failed one?
Thanks

Mean - Can you run your info package and later you can trigger your delta dtp.
I think you might be know about deltas.
once source have latest delta request then only your dtp will bring new request other wise it won't.
At psa check for your data sources data mart status. i.e data was updated to further targets mark.
Hi,
The Infopackages are running in Full Mode.
The DTP are running in Delta Mode.
The data in PSA wasn't updated to further targets.
I've created a DTP in Full mode and the error is the same as the DTP in Delta Mode.
I've tried to do everything I can remember and the error remains.
Can't understand what's happening...
Thanks,
Rui
Hi,
I'm in Dev system.
We've installed the Business Content. We've created de DTP's.
I've done the following for all of the datasources:
1 - Delete all the PSA's and Infocubes;
2 - Run Infopackage;
3 - Run DTP Delta - got error - delete the requisition;
4 - Run DTP Full - got error - delete the requisition;
I've tried this process with Data in PSA of 0IM_FA_IP_9 and without Data.
The error is the same.
Can you tell me why the DTP needs the data in PSA of Datasource 0IM_FA_IP_9?
Thanks,
Rui
Hi,
DTP - it pulls data from PSA to targets.
You may be running the dtp which was connected to psa(0IM_FA_IP_9) and target(cube/dso).
What type info pack you ran? is it full or init?
if its init, init with data or without data?
if you run init without data then no data at psa.
After that you need to run repair full request.
Just delete psa data for one data source.
Run info pack with full mode and later you can run dtp with full mode.
it will work.
if your data source have delta pointer, please delete it as of now.
Thanks
Hi,
The Infopackages are running in Full Mode.
I've just done the following:
1 - Delete PSA's of 0IM_FA_IP_9; 0CO_OM_NWA_1; 0CO_OM_WBS_1; 0CO_OM_WBS_2
2 - Run Infopackage of 0CO_OM_NWA_1 (Full)
3 - Run DTP Full for Datasource 0CO_OM_NWA_1 - got error
4 - Delete request
5 - Run DTP Delta for Datasource 0CO_OM_NWA_1 - got error
6 - Delete request
7 - Run Infopackage of 0IM_FA_IP_9 (Full)
8 - Run DTP Full for Datasource 0CO_OM_NWA_1 - got error
9 - Delete request
10 - Run DTP Delta for Datasource 0CO_OM_NWA_1 - got error
11 - Delete request
It doesn't work in any way...
Thanks for your attention
Rui
