Hi Experts,
We get data from external systems via webserice (XML message) to DS and in DS we have to perform a de-dup check with records available in CRM.
What are the different approaches for the same? And which one should be preferred?
We are on BODS 4.2 SP1.
Thanks,
Sai Charan.
Hi Experts,
Any advice on this.
Thanks,
Sai Charan

Hi Ganesh,
Thanks for the response, but I believe we have a different scenario here.
Scenario:
We have a boundary system where BP records get created and are transferred to CRM, before the record gets created in CRM there is an webservice call to BODS wherein we need to check (De-dup) if any record exists with same data and BODS needs to revert back with matching record(BP ID) and matching %.
What should be ideal approach for the above scenario; do we need to have CRM data into any staging table which we can use with incoming record to dedup using match transformation?
And considering we are going to implement CRM-DQM, can we extend DQM functionality to data coming from boundary system? Is there any feasibility for the same?
Thanks,
Sai Charan.
